I began my practice in family law working alongside an esteemed family law attorney with over four decades of experience in Snohomish County. The one-on-one experience and training I gained practicing family law and litigation was vital in providing me with the skills necessary to be an effective attorney. At Holmquist & Gardiner, I represent clients in construction, real estate, and business litigation. Similar to family law, litigation in construction, real estate and business occurs when parties cannot resolve their issue, have gone their separate ways, and need counsel to assist them with resolving their dispute.
My role as an attorney is to always provide my clients with the best possible service. I treat each matter with the utmost care and attention; it is not just a file on my computer, but a client’s business, property, or finance that is involved. I thoroughly understand each of my clients’ disputes, apply the law to the facts, and then communicate what the strengths and weaknesses are of their case so they have a realistic picture of what their options are. I take great pride in always being more than prepared in each one of my cases so I am in the best position possible to deliver the most effective and efficient legal outcome for each one of my clients.
I was born in Hong Kong, China and raised in Fremont, California. I moved to Washington to attend law school in 2010 and decided to make Seattle my home because I enjoy the tight-knit legal community and everything Washington has to offer.
