Holmquist + Gardiner Prevails on Complex Eviction

On April 25th at the King County Courthouse, attorney Robert Maxwell of Holmquist and Gardiner argued for, and received, a writ of restitution ordering a tenant unlawfully detaining a rental property to be removed and possession restored to the rightful owner. The matter revolved around a family dispute, presenting a series of complex and challenging facts for this eviction.
