Jason Bergevin will Present for 2016 SES Seminar

Jason Bergevin will be a faculty member presenting at the Sterling Education Services, Inc., Construction Law: Designs, Delays, Disputes, and Delivery. The seminar will be held in Seattle, WA on April 29, 2016. Jason will be speaking on the various project delivery systems, the bidding process, and bid protests and environmental considerations.

The seminar is intended for lawyers, HR professionals, business owners, managers, and everyone else who can benefit from knowing the latest updates in construction law.

Jason concentrates his practice on construction and business law. He has represented virtually all participants in the construction industry from design through construction. He also helps businesses mitigate risk in their day to day operations, including contract review and drafting.
